Your privacy and the security of your personal data is, and will always be, enormously important to us. So, we want to transparently explain how and why we gather, store, share and use your personal data through our privacy policy.
What information do we collect about you?
We may collect information about you when you contact us via email, phone or our website contact form.
This information is limited to your name, email address, phone number, address and company if provided to us.
We may also have your contact information if you passed your contact details to us by other means such as giving a business card to one of our employees or speaking to them in person.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to maintain the business relationship, process your order, manage your account and if you agree to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
We may store your information in our customer relationship database and address books as this helps us to manage our correspondence with you.
Marketing
We may send you information about products and services of ours and other companies in our group which may be of interest to you if you have expressed an interest in receiving this.
If you have consented to receive marketing, per our privacy policy you may opt out at any time. AnaBio does not share your personal information for marketing purposes with any 3rd parties.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email privacy@anabio.ie with UNSUBCRIBE in the subject and we will update our systems accordingly.
Access to your information
Under GDPR legislation you have the right to request a copy of the personal information if any that we hold about you, rectification of any inaccurate information or deletion of your data.
If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please contact us by the means stated at the bottom of this page. For personal data retrieval there may make a nominal charge for this service.
Phone Call Recording
Inbound phone calls to our main office number in Ireland are recorded for training and quality purposes. The call recordings are deleted after 30 days.
CCTV
We operate Closed Circuit Television in our premises. The CCTV footage is internal and external views of AnaBio’s property.
The purpose of the recording is for security, quality control and health and safety monitoring of a high care research and production facility.
Recordings are deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law i.e ongoing investigation.
